My Beliefs

I believe in right and wrong, and that we are accountable to God for how we choose to act. That includes what and how I choose to write. Therefore, I do my best to write wholesome, uplifting, high-quality material.

I believe in a higher power, a loving God who knows each individual human being on a very personal level. He loves us and wants to help us grow into the best person we can be.

I believe in family, that it’s a gift from God. I love my family. No family is perfect–just as no person is perfect–but inside the family we learn life’s most important lessons. I find my greatest joy when I try to love and strengthen my family members. I believe that families can be eternal, lasting forever in happiness long beyond the tradition “until death do you part.” The Family: A Proclamation to the World talks about how to create happy families.

Most importantly, I’m Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I know through personal experience that He loves us, and that through His power we can overcome any challenge.

I’ve never found a grander story that of the Savior of the world. If you’re ever curious or simply wanting more, I invite you to read The Living Christ, a short description of who He is.

I believe everyone has a right to their own beliefs, and I’ll respect you for what you choose. I also love sharing my own beliefs with anyone who wants to know more, so please ask whenever you feel so inclined. Or take a look at mormon.org.
